my weakness is that i can sometimes be a workholic but am aware of it and shouldnt be a problem , your there for yourself and to benefit them at the end of the day if they dont need you ,then its their loss so should never allow them to hold your balls for you ,shouldn't be nervous unless you plan to steal all their clients heh

id say use your own incentive ,everyone going for the job will dress like this and do this, i usally wear jeans shirt and my trusty waste coat , i never shake hands as a greeting only when a deal is made, do background checks on the company if its state owned then just blab about your qualifications and cry they should cry with you else using what you know from the checks tell them how you can improve their business and make a difference with realistic financial expectations

You actually have to wait for a hand out for the handshake cos some interviewers don't like to shake hands. Germaphobes. I was at a car dealership once and a sales representative came up to me and I mediately held my hand out but the guy just gave a quick light palm smack.
