One way of finding out about a suitable career is by studying different career models, such as the Holland Code Career Model by Dr John Holland. The Occupational codes from this model explains which careers are suitable for the different type of personalities.

Before you embark on a career of your choice, take a few moments to do a simple exercise that will help you better understand your personality and the type of career that is best suited for you.

ENTERPRISING

Enterprising types are basically persuaders with good verbal skills. They enjoy dealing with data and people, and wherever possible, they will seek out prestige and status.

Examples of Abilities - Leading people, managing companies, and organising events.

SOCIAL

Personality - Helping, Informing, Teaching, Inspiring, Counselling, and Serving.
